6 DAYS LEFT! - Little cakes up in smoke!

Got up and made breakfast for me and mum, then i tried to make little apple pastry things with coconut.

To begin with it went really well, the first batches turned out nice, but when the last tray was in the oven it did not go so well. I opened the oven and a huge cloud of smoke came out. My mum came running, turned the oven off, opened doors, tried to get the fire alarm to stop peeping. They kinda burned a bit :P

Took a while to clean up, everyone liked the little cakes and i don't think i will be baking anything for a while..Haha!

Also made dinner for Mum and Rachel..Lasagne with salad! Mmmmm! Felt like i was in the kitchen the whole day..Enjoyed it though...well, everything except the smoke, burnt cakes and the start of a backache.

I've felt kinda numb lately when it comes to leaving Norway, the family and stuff like that. Havent felt excited, happy, sad, depressed, angry..nothing. But yesterday night i guess i realized how long i'm actually gonna be away from my family..no hugs, kisses, play fights with sis..so on! Really upset me and made me quite scared. Hopefully it won't be so bad when i say bye at the airport. Gonna miss the HELL out of them. We have been like glued together for the last 2 years...really!

Oh well... Really enjoying my last days with my super awesome, beautiful, funny and lovely Mum and Little sister..Love them so much! And my bro Matt <3

7 DAYS LEFT! - Cleaning and thai food

Yesterday i got up late, which was nice! Won't have many of those days when i start uni in two weeks :P

Got up, got breakfast and went up to my little sisters room and started cleaning (The state of her room was driving me crazy!). We ended up throwing loads of junk away and now her room looks so nice and clean. I hope she keeps it that way..Knowing her, it will probably be a mess in less than a week or so lol..Then again, i'm like that too so it must run in the family :P

After that we went to a Thai restaurant with the family and had a great time. Cool place, nice food! Had a great time :)

ONE WEEK UNTIL I MOVE!!

So there is only 1 week until i move to Brisbane...One week, 7 days! Ahhhhhh! :D

I have everything sorted, just need to get some answers from the insurance company, send my airport collection form and...ehm, something else but i forgot :S

I'm really gonna try to write on this blog, its kinda hard since i have another one somewhere else. I have a norwegian one, which i write on everyday and from now on i'm going to try to make this my second one. So i have one english and one norwegian blog.
